Redeem an access code
Step 1: Open the Code Redemption tab
Open Account Settings from the user menu. A tab bar on the left lists your account sections.
Click Code Redemption in that list.
Step 2: Locate the Code Redemption section
The Code Redemption section appears on the right. This is where you enter a code to receive rewards and content on your account.
Step 3: Enter your redemption code
Paste or type your code into the Enter Redemption Code field. The field converts your input to uppercase automatically.
Step 4: Validate and redeem the code
Click Validate to check the code. The panel reports whether your account is eligible to use it.
If you are eligible, click Redeem Code to apply it to your account.
