Find scheduled sessions and player availability
Step 1: Open your campaign from the top navigation
Click Campaigns in the top navigation bar. A menu appears listing your campaigns under Recently played. Click the campaign you want to open.
Your existing campaigns appear in that list. If the account is new, the list will be empty.
Step 2: Open the Calendar tab on the campaign page
On the campaign page, find the row of tabs beneath the campaign header. Click the Calendar tab.
Step 3: Review scheduled sessions in the Schedule section
The Schedule section appears on the Calendar tab. Each row in the list shows a session name along with its day and time.
Click Upcoming or Past to switch between the two lists.
If you are the Game Master, click Schedule a session to book a new one.
Step 4: Check player availability in the Availability section
The Availability section, below the schedule, shows a grid of when your players are free.
If you are the Game Master, click or drag over times on the grid to schedule a session or start a poll.
