Find Scheduled Sessions and Player Availability

Open your campaign in Fabled and click the Calendar tab (badge 1). The screen splits into two columns. The left column lists your scheduled sessions. The right column shows the player-availability grid.

You should see your campaign heading, for example THE IRON CROWN SAGA, at the top of the page to confirm you are in the correct campaign.

At the top of the left column, click Upcoming or Completed (badge 2) to filter the session list.

Each session card displays the session name, start time, and duration. Switching to Completed shows past sessions so you can review what your group has already played through.

Review the right column to see the player-availability grid (badge 3). When players have marked their free slots, the grid overlays everyone's availability for the week.

Click any highlighted slot to open the schedule menu and create a session at that time.
