Invite players to a campaign
Step 1: Open the Invite Players window
Open Campaigns in the top bar and select your campaign.
On the campaign page, click Invite players, which sits to the right of the tab names. The Invite Players window opens.
Step 2: Invite a friend from your friends list
The Invite Players window shows your friends under the Friends section. A green tick on a friend's card means they are already in the campaign.
Click the add-person icon on a friend's card to send them an invitation. Use the Search Friends box above the cards to find a specific person.
Step 3: See who you have invited
After you invite a friend, their card shows a clock icon while the invitation is pending.
Click Invited, next to the search box, to see everyone you have invited. Invitations last 7 days and show under Invited until they're accepted.
Step 4: Invite someone by username or email
Find the Invite someone else section in the Invite Players window.
Type the person's username or email address into the field, then click Send invite.
Step 5: Share the invite link or QR code
On the right side of the Invite Players window, find the invite link and QR code panel.
Click the copy icon beside the link to copy it, then share it with your players. They can also scan the QR code to join. Check the line below the link to see when it expires.
