Step 1: Open the Contact page
Go to /contact or scroll to the footer of any Fabled page and click the contact link there.
The page has one card under the SEND US A MESSAGE heading (badge 1). All form fields sit inside that card. Fill them top to bottom before submitting.

Step 2: Enter your first and last name
Type your first name in the left field and your last name in the right field of the name row (badge 2).
Both fields are required. The support team uses your name when they reply, so enter the name you want them to use.

Step 3: Enter a reply email address
Click the Email field (badge 3) and type the address where you want the reply sent.

Step 4: Add a subject line and describe your issue
Type a short subject in the Subject field (badge 4), then write your message in the Message field below it.
Include three things in your message: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and any exact error text you saw. Specific details let the support team act on the first reply without asking follow-up questions.

Step 5: Submit the form
Review all fields, then click Send (badge 5).
A confirmation message appears once your message reaches the support inbox. The team works through messages in order, so there is no need to submit again if you do not receive an instant reply.
